Are you looking for a property that will suit your luxurious lifestyle? You might want to check out this three-story, four-bedroom penthouse up in the market for sale.

Michael Lowdon, the director of Ray White Residential in Sydney's business district, said, "It is located in the heart of the historic Rocks precinct and is ideally placed to benefit from what I can describe as an axis of sheer opulence."

The luxurious penthouse, which lies in a picturesque view of Sydney Harbour Bridge and Sydney Harbour, is now offered in the market with almost 3-million-dollar-discount. From its original price of 18 million US Dollars, the real estate is now on sale at 15 to 16 million US Dollars or more than 111 million Chinese Yuan, according to The Australian.

The 589 square-meter penthouse was designed perfectly with high-class furniture, stylish decorations, and expensive appliances, which will all be included in the selling of the house. It features midcentury modern and contemporary theme, something that will give anyone a modern and warm vibe.

The best thing about the house is its two roof terraces with barbecue made especially for guests to have a wonderful time. The unit also has its elevator inside. Furthermore, you will surely enjoy making your meals with your family with the house's Miele appliance-equipped kitchen, everything over marbled floors.

The unique qualities of the house are its 24-hour concierge, meeting room, and on-site building manager. Aside from that, new owners will surely get healthy and fit with the swimming pool and gymnasium within its premise, as posted in Stuff.

Lowdon also shared that with the location of the house and everything that's in it, there is no doubt it can generate interest from a lot of people across the globe.

The unit was purchased by China's one of the youngest female billionaires Zetian Zhang in April 2015 with an original price of 12.21 million US dollars or more than 84 million Chinese Yuan.

Ms. Zhang, who was popularly known as "Milk Tea Sister" first gained fame by becoming an internet sensation. She became popular after a photo of her holding a tea in a cup went viral.

Her innocence and remarkable smile became the asset that paved her way to the top. That was until she met and married one of China's richest men, Qiangdong "Richard" Liu, who is also the founder of Chinese e-commerce behemoth, JD.com. His net worth is said to be 10.1 billion US dollars or more than 70 billion Chinese Yuan.
