Ryan Seacrest Not Using His Influence, Power To Control E! Website's Contents About Him
There are swirling rumors Ryan Seacrest is taking control of E! Network's publication website to clear his name. The 43-year-old television personality is reportedly having stories about him deleted, especially if it is something he dislikes.
A gossip magazine claimed Seacrest reads all the news about him. If he does not like something, he has it deleted. An alleged source said everyone at the E! Network knows they should not make him upset, so they avoid to publish scandalous stories about him.
"But you would be surprised what Ryan takes exception to," the so-called insider teased. Seacrest allegedly checks every word and pictures about him. If he sees something wrong, the whole post gets removed. The tipster even called him "thin-skinned" for what he does.
Seacrest supposedly has the power to do everything he wants at E! Network. The radio show host is E! News' managing editor. He also plays as the network's host for its many red carpet award shows. He even produces a series of television shows for the said network, including "Keeping Up with the Kardashians." So he has control over it.
However, Gossip Cop asserted Seacrest is not using his influence and power to control the news about him on E! Network's publication website. A source from the network also affirmed the rumors about him are not true. Even his spokesperson confirmed it is a fake story.
To recall, E! has published reports about the alleged sexual misconduct thrown against Seacrest in November. His former stylist accused of him harassment at the time. However, he managed to clear his name of any wrongdoing after the network conducted its investigation.
Meanwhile, despite the allegation, Seacrest and his girlfriend Shayna Taylor's relationship remains strong. The two are even shaking things up as they hit the dance floor together.
Seacrest told Us Weekly at the Us Weekly's Most Stylish New Yorkers bash on Wednesday, September 12, he and Taylor decided to learn new things that are not related to his work. "Cause I'm working on all the time," he said. He even described their new hobby as "pursuit."
Their first lesson is to learn tango dancing. The couple already had two sessions. Although Seacrest admitted he is starting to feel it is frustrating, he is keeping his cool. He also promised they would try doing it together on a date night after they keep practicing in a studio.
