The long anticipated 2020 Ford Bronco was apparently unveiled to a limited public at the Ford 2018 dealer meeting in Las Vegas. But with the pictures now leaked to the public, it looks like the vehicle is not the 2020 Ford Bronco at all.

Matthew Guy was the first to find the photos of the alleged 2020 Ford Bronco from a publicly accesible portion of the Ford website that is hosting the pictures of the 2018 dealer meeting. But it wasn't long before other publications started noticing key differences between the 2020 Ford Bronco in the leaked pictures, and the Bronco that Ford teased earlier this year.

According to Motor1, the alleged 2020 Ford Bronco featured in the supposedly leaked photos differs in the angle of the windshields rake as wells as the angle of the rear windshield. In addition, the leaked 2020 Ford Bronco photos lacks an external spare tire at the vehicle's rear which is largely absent. The visual scrutiny does not have to stand on its own, though.

Motor Authority adds to the speculation by pointing out that an anonymous source had tipped the publication. According to the publication's source, the vehicle in the leaked photos is not the 2020 Ford Bronco, but a different model currently being dubbed as the "Baby Bronco." Motor Authority's claim seems to be supported by other auto publications covering the leak.

Road and Track takes the speculation to a deeper conclusion that the vehicle in the photos is definitely the "Baby Bronco" and not the 2020 Ford Bronco. The publication shows readers how a sillhouette of what looks like a full-sized Bronco is featured behind the possible "Baby Bronco."

In addition, Road and Track take note of how the silhouette of the larger vehicle is closer to the shape of the 2020 Ford Bronco teased way back last March. The now much clearly "Baby Bronco" looks sleeker and smaller compared to the 2020 Ford Bronco clues being spotted by the auto news publications. The only other rational conclusion to as to why Ford would be comparing the leaked photos to a silhouette of a full-sized Bronco is if they plan to fully downgrade the size of the 2020 Ford Bronco.

Considering that the leaked photos are leaning towards not being the 2020 Ford Bronco, it looks like Ford is definitely keeping a tight lid on information for one of their classic models. Hopefully, the noise generated around the leaking of the "Baby Bronco" will lead to an official reveal for the 2020 Ford Bronco sometime soon.
