Huawei P30 Leaks: Unofficial Renders Hint New Smartphone Includes Headphone Port, Triple Lens Camera

While Apple is facing a challenge when it comes to sales, Huawei maintains its reputation to be one of the largest smartphone companies by sales.

In the first month of the year, many people are now waiting what devices that will bring innovation to their lives. One of the tech companies that are expected to introduce their new devices in the first quarter of the year is Huawei, which has been reported to release Huawei P30.

CES 2019 show has started today, January 8. Huawei is one of the tech companies who attended the yearly event. In the latest report, the tech company has debuted two devices, which are the new laptop and tablet. However, there is no confirmation whether the company will give some details about P30.

Huawei introduced the MateBook 13, a slim addition to the company's line of premium Windows laptops at CES. The new 13-inch laptop is 0.59 inches thick and weighs 2.86 pounds. The price starts at $999 for the i5 version with integrated graphics. Meanwhile, buyers will add $300 for the i7 version, which includes an NVIDIA GeForce MX150.

MateBook 13 also comes with 2160 x 1440 at 200ppi display. It has a large trackpad and spill-resistant keyboard. The device has 8GB of memory built-in (both configuration). According to a source, both 256 or 512GB of storage have a battery that lasts around 10 hours of video playback. There's a headphone jack, along with one USB-C on either side.

Meanwhile, its new latest tablet, MM5 Lite, sports in a 10.1 inch, 1920 x 1200 display with 3GB of memory and 32GB of storage (augmented by a microSD). It has USB-C slot for quick charging and, has a headphone jack. It also includes four speakers, sporting Harman Kardon certification, and has the 7,500 mAh battery. Both latest Huawei devices will be available in retails this month.

This week, ahead of the CES 2019 Show, there are some news outlets revealed some leaked renders of alleged Huawei P30. 91Mobiles and @OnLeaks released some images of alleged glimpse of Huawei P30. In the series of images released by sources, it appears P30 follows the design language of the P20 Pro. P30 appears to include a triple camera setup.

The leaked photos also show that P30 will have a headphone jack. Last year, Apple and other tech companies ditched headphone jack, including Huawei. But now, it seems the company will bring back the jack.

The leaked photos also show that P30 sports a six-inch screen, with more gradient backing, and a 24MP selfie camera in a streamlined notch on the front. As mentioned earlier, it will come with a Sony triple camera at 38MP with 5x optical zoom on the back. Apparently, it has no fingerprint sensor port.
