Melania Trump Strikes A Pose In $4750 Wrap With POTUS and South Korean Leader Post Copycat Wedding Accusation
Melania Trump looked striking wearing a $4750 wrap in a recent photograph with her husband United States President Donald Trump. The couple stood for posterity on the White House steps with South Korean leader Moon Jae-in and his wife, Kim Jung-soo, post-copycat wedding accusation.
Melania, 48, and Trump, 72, welcomed the South Korean guests ahead of talks on the denuclearization of North Korea.
The First Lady of the United States wore her magenta Louis Vuitton overcoat with a black belt and a black dress underneath. She towered in super high heeled black Christian Louboutin pumps. Her hair was unrestricted and fell loosely to her shoulders, and she was devoid of any jewelry besides her rings. Her eyes were done smoky, and she wore a pale pink shade on her lips.
South Korea's First Lady took a lighter shade but also from a pink palette for her matching patterned dress and coat, although she had chosen nude pumps with a matching clutch bag. She accessorized with matching pearl earrings and necklace.
The two leaders both wore navy blue suits, Trump wearing the nation's blue and red for his tie while Moon chose a light blue shade.
The four dignitaries tried to switch places for the photo session, with Melania and Kim flanking the two leaders for the last shot, before finally heading inside. The two first ladies held hands and were smiling.
Once in the oval office, the four got seated, with President Trump and President Moon side by side in yellow gold chairs. Melania and Kim were seated on couches facing each other.
The discussion about North Korea's denuclearization took place, with Trump proclaiming that the sanctions on Kim Jong-Un's nation will remain enforced, as the U.S. and South Korea figure out a way of moving forward on the nuclear talks after the Hanoi Nuclear Summit failed to deliver on expectations.
This was Melania's first high-profile appearance since she got back some weeks ago from Trump's Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida. The First Family, Melania, Trump, and their 13-year-old son, Baron, had gone to Florida during the spring break and returned at the end of March.
The First Couple of the United States was recently on the news for the much talked about copycat wedding accusations leveled against them.
The issue came out when the book Ladies Who Punch: The Explosive Inside Story of The View was recently published. It contained an account made by celebrity wedding planner David Tutera, who alleged that Trump and Melania's wedding was copied from his design of The View host Star Jones' and Al Reynolds wedding in 2004.
However, the story was belied by Preston Bailey, who was engaged as the wedding planner for the Trump wedding in 2005. Bailey pointed out some obvious differences between the two weddings and said that Melania had been very closely involved in the wedding preparations and had very specific ideas on how the wedding was to be down to the dinner plates and candelabra.
