People have different aspirations in life and when they see someone who they themselves like to become, it has always been lucky to be his or her friend. Like in the case of Beyonce and Michelle Obama, first of all, they are two great personalities and they have already proven themselves worthy of any awards, may it be in music or in politics or public service. But one thing is special between them, they idolize each other and became a good friend, in two different worlds.

And because of that special bond, when one of them achieves something, the other becomes so proud and happy. Just recently, Michelle Obama was named one of TIME Magazine's 100 Most Influential People and Beyonce wrote a handful of praises and admiration to this one lady she truly looks up to. When Beyonce was asked to write a tribute for Michelle Obama, the Single Ladies hitmaker did not waste her time and efforts to bring out the best of the former first lady of White House.

Moreover, Beyonce wanted her to know how deserving Michelle Obama for being recognized as a powerful woman in action at the same time a doting mother and wife. With all these traits of Michelle Obama, Beyonce wishes her children Blue Ivy and twins Rumi and Sir to look her up as a role model as they grow old. Because of Michelle Obama's advocacy in education, she was able to make a voice to those who only reaches high school and encouraged them to dream big and surpass all their fears.

Being the first African American First Lady, Michelle Obama was described by Beyonce as a "portrait of grace" and "beacon of hope" in a face of discrimination. Michelle Obama was able to balance her passions while remaining a supportive partner and a mother, and now also a best-selling author of her book. Beyonce also said that having persons like Michelle Obama is a blessing for her children.

With all the wonderful words from the Halo singer, Michelle Obama can also say the same for Beyonce as she has always been a fan of her. Sometimes, Michelle Obama and husband former US president Barrack Obama would grace on Beyonce and Jay-Z joint tours because they are a few artists who got themselves honorable fans like the Obama's. And just like close friends, they follow through their activities like the one Michelle Obama just gave out shout-out in recognition to the singer's Netflix documentary Homecoming.

On her twitter post for Beyonce, she said "So proud of my girl! @Beyonce, thank you for always living your truth. #Homecoming." Michelle Obama even recorded a message for the Diva singer/songwriter saying "Hey queen! Girl, you have done it again, constantly raising the bar for us all and doing it flawlessly. I'd say I'm surprised, but I know who you are. I've seen it up close and personal." This goes to show how Michelle Obama and Beyonce have-depth care for each other that goes a long way.
