Kylie Jenner's 'Kylie Skin' Almost Sold Out Within Hours After Its Release;A Product Review
When Kylie Jenner introduced her lip kits, nobody thought she would make it to a billion dollar, but only the make-up mogul herself knows it, like any other entrepreneur, she aims to make it big.
And true enough, the reality star can charm her way to anything, from fashion to relationships and now to making a growing empire of beauty and health products.
No doubt, her products just "fly off the shelves" just like her newly launched Kylie Skin products.
In the latest report, the pale-pink bottle and tube in the Kylie Skin lineup, from cleanser to moisturizer to eye cream and even to the controversial walnut face scrub has been almost sold out within hours of its release.
But not to worry as the company has already anticipated the outcome of every product Kylie Jenner introduces. And because every consumer has the right to know, here is a rundown of what to expect from each Kylie Skin tube released.
For Kylie Skin Vanilla Milk Toner, it should feel like watered-down skim milk with a smell like of a vanilla latte. The scent was intoxicating as the cotton-filled product was pressed on the skin, the tingling effect was felt and after an excitingly pleasant feel of fresh glow on the face "like sipping a Kool-Aid" so to speak.
The Kylie Skin Face Moisturizer, and like the rest of the products, barely has any scent at all, which is not too heavy, not too light; absorbs quickly, but leaves behind a hydrated glow.
While the Kylie Skin Vitamin C Serum has a unique texture more of a milky gel rather than a lotion or oil, which is thin enough to layer under other skin care and makeup, something very good in terms of it very undetectable.
The Kylie Skin Foaming Face Wash, however, may pass up for removing all the makeup with just one pump despite its heavy fragrance and extremely foamy, frothy formula.
For the controversial Kylie Skin Walnut Face Scrub, mixing the exfoliant with an oil-based cleanser to remove makeup would do the trick as the skin will completely be cleansed but will not feel like it had been sanded if used alone on dry, sensitive skin.
Lastly, the Kylie Skin Eye Cream can give an instant cooling effect and a little color-correcting however, it does not help in eye puffiness but good as an undereye primer.
With the $24 foaming face wash a bestseller, the kiwi seed oil-infused cleanser is sold out too, even the $125 skin set of all its six products will be coming back for restocking "in about a week-and-a-half or something" as per Kylie Jenner's update.
Still, the Walnut Face Scrub: $22, Vanilla Milk Toner: $22, Vitamin C Serum: $28, Face Moisturizer: $24, Makeup Removing Wipes: $10, Kylie Skin Travel Bag: $22 are still available at the time of its launch 2 days ago, but with a huge possibility of some not already available at this very moment. The backlash from Kylie Skin Walnut Face Scrub might have contributed to it not being a fan favorite.
