Warning: This article contains spoilers for Animal Kingdom Season 4 Episode 5, "Reap," and Episode 6, "Into the Black," that may spoil your enjoyment in discovering its plotlines. Read at your own risk.

Angela (Emily Deschanel) will be focusing more on Pope (Shawn Hatosy) in Animal Kingdom Season 4 Episode 5 to be closer to him. In Episode 6, the Cody family will learn there is a new threat coming their way, and Smurf (Ellen Barkin) will handle it even before it happens.

"Suspicion grows when Smurf learns of a new threat to the family," Animal Kingdom Season 4 Episode 6 official synopsis read. "Craig (Ben Robson) tracks down Frankie (Dichen Lachman) in the wake of her betrayal; Deran (Jake Weary) makes a dangerous decision to try and protect his relationship with Adrian (Spencer Treat Clark)."

There will be a lot of happenings in Animal Kingdom Season 4 Episode 6, but fans are still opting to know more about Angela. In Episode 5, Angela seems desperate to get closer to Pope.

According to CarterMatt, it may look like Angela is planning for something big by seducing Pope, but she may only be using him to secure her future. Just like the Codys, Angela is also self-serving to have a better life.

She wants to be assured that there would be a place where she could safely stay. So, she is not as bad as people think she is.

In Animal Kingdom Season 4 Episode 5, fans may see more of Angela and Pope. From the looks of it, Pope may get in another fight and Angela may be there for him.

Angela may begin to witness the crazy stuff that Pope does and the danger he always puts himself into. She may be his voice of reason. Although it may not be her role, she may do it given that her life is at Pope and Smurf's hands since they have the hold of her living situation.

Anyhow, there is part in Pope that pushes him toward Angela. Their history reminds him that life can be simple, even though it is not always great. They may both remember the time when Julie was still alive, and it may make him feel that he can go in a different path.

It may not be too late for Pope to change. Although fighting seems to be his way to release his feelings, it may only cause him more pain. Animal Kingdom Season 4 Episode 5, "Reap," will be out on Tuesday, June 25, while Episode 6, "Into the Black," is due for release on July 2 on TNT.
