WARNING: This article contains spoilers for Blood & Treasure season 1 episode 10. Read at your own risk.

Blood & Treasure season 1 episode 10 will air next week, and there are still a lot of things to explore here, especially since the series is almost near to its finale. The show will likely bring more showdown featuring different characters, more about Lexi and Danny, as well as drama and danger. For now, here's what to expect in the upcoming episode, titled "The Wages of Vengeance."

Based on the synopsis of Blood & Treasure season 1 episode 10, Lexi and Danny nearly captured Farouk in a sting operation, so they enlist Hardwick to tap into his underworld contact. They are hoping of cornering Farouk before he disappears once again. Gwen, on the other hand, was fed up with the tactics of the two and she arrested Father Chuck for aiding them.

In episode 9, Lexi and Danny hunt a Nazi hunter, which brings them to Canada and possibly to the place they've been looking for quite some time now. The search for Cleopatra is still going, so viewers should expect new settings and new challenges as the characters get closer to the end of the road.

Blood & Treasure is a show that brings adventure each episode; it's like sending viewers into a rollercoaster ride wondering where they're are going next. Of course, there will be ups and downs along the way, particularly when it comes to Gwen. What may she be up to now?

Another question here is, can Lexi and Danny find Farouk? They should find him sooner, especially since the show is almost near to its season finale. As for Blood & Treasure season 2, CBS announced the renewal of the action-adventure drama series starring Sofia Pernas (Lexi) and Matt Barr (Danny), which is set to return in 2020.

The renewal announcement comes midway of season 1 as it proves to have a steady rating. It was reported that throughout the first five episodes, the series had an average of 5.71 million viewers - which includes the delayed viewing.

The show made it to the number one spot among new broadcast scripted programs airing in the summer and has an average of 0.7 ratings among adults 18-49. As per CBS, the series also improved the network's Tuesday-night period by 17 percent.

Blood & Treasure season 1 episode 10 will air on Tuesday (9:00 p.m. Eastern Time), July 16, on CBS.
