A familiar character is said to be ending up in hell in Lucifer Season 5. There are a lot of speculations about who this character could be, assuming it would either be Chloe (Lauren German), Eve (Inbar Lavi) or God.

In the previous season, Lucifer (Tom Ellis) returned to hell to fight all the demons, leaving Chloe behind. As the two have yet to reunite, there are theories they are set to meet again in an unexpected place.

Will Chloe to go to hell to find Lucifer? It can't be denied that Chloe is a good person so that he would never end up in hell. However, a Redditor claimed, via Express, Chloe might die in a shootout and go directly to hell for loving Lucifer.

Her body might be possessed by Lilith so that she would meet Lucifer in hell. As Lucifer notices Lilith goes missing, so he will make his way back to earth. As Lilith is inside Chloe's body, Lucifer may bring her and Lilith back to hell.

Here, the Redditor claims Chloe may become the queen of hell together with Lucifer in Lucifer Season 5. The two may make a reason why she cannot return to earth, maybe, with God's help. This doesn't only touch on the possibility of the pair's reunion, but a get-together with God as well.

Fans also speculate Lucifer and God will be reunited in the last and final season. Other Redditors suggested God will return to hell. It is claimed that God may help Luci to get back together with Chloe to redeem himself to his lost son.

Aside from God and Chloe, there are also theories that this familiar face could be Eve, especially after the showrunners teased the possibility of her return. In an interview with TVInsider, showrunner Joe Henderson revealed the likelihood of Eve's comeback.

"The impish original sinner left Los Angeles - and smitten demon Maze (Lesley-Ann Brandt) to go find herself," he said. "That ambiguous ending was intentional, so she could potentially return," Joe added.

However, the showrunner admitted they need to find a way and figure out a story that they could explore when Eve returns. Although the comeback of Lavi's character remains to be seen, there are speculations that an arc some point before the end is already merited.

After everything that happens, Maze deserves to be happy, and Eve may be the one who can give her that happiness. Eve wanted to be assured that she would not provide an artificial version of herself to Maze whenever they get together. So, there is a big possibility Eve would return in Lucifer Season 5 for Maze.
