Did Queen Elizabeth Cause A Spat Between Prince William, Prince Harry?
Queen Elizabeth II could have possibly caused a split between her grandsons Prince William and Prince Harry, a royal author has claimed.
At the age of 93, Queen Elizabeth is still performing some of her royal duties, but the monarch reportedly started giving way to some royal family members, particularly to her son Prince Charles and grandson Prince William. This change, however, could reportedly cause a split between the Duke of Cambridge and his younger brother Prince Harry.
In a report via Nine News Australia, royal author Juliet Rieden offered some insights about this alleged split. She told the outlet that the two brothers have different roles now, wherein Prince William will be the King someday, especially now that Queen Elizabeth is offloading some of her roles to her son and grandson.
It can be recalled that back in June, the Duke of Cambridge and the Duke of Sussex split from the Royal Foundation charity - which they set up together in 2009. Now, Prince William has some projects with his wife Kate Middleton, and also Prince Harry with wife Meghan Markle. Rieden claims the royal brothers are going separate ways with their wives, which is like they're setting up two separate courts.
The royal author was reportedly surprised because in February 2018, these royal couples are all doing wonderful things together and it's a "whole brave new world" for the royal family. But, it seems like they are going on a separate way as the charitable organization has been renamed Royal Foundation of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge after having previously included the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.
Now, Prince Harry and Markle are also planning to establish their charitable organization before 2019 ends, and it will reportedly be called Sussex Royal The Foundation of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, or just Sussex Royal. Also, a source from the Buckingham Palace said the new charitable organization would reportedly allow the royal couple to do the thing they want.
In another related report, Queen Elizabeth has reportedly grown increasingly fond of Markle. The monarch is spending her annual summer holiday in Balmoral, and some believed Her Majesty would invite the Duke and Duchess of Sussex and their son, Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Winsor, in the Scottish castle.
A royal expert claims the Queen cannot wait to host the Sussexes as she has grown fond of Prince Harry's wife. Richard Fitzwilliam said that if ever Markle will indeed pay a visit in Balmoral, many royal fans would probably be looking forward to it.
