OnePlus 7T Pro Officially Unveiled Today; Release Details , Specs, And Features Revealed

OnePlus officially unveiled today the heavily rumored and much-awaited OnePlus 7T Pro. This is the second 7T smartphone from the OnePlus 7T that was announced a few weeks earlier. The new flagship device is unveiled on stage at the company's event held in London.

The new OnePlus 7T Pro updates the former Pro model of the company as it hopes to widen its grasp on the slightly higher tier smartphone market. The new device takes on what the company started with OnePlus 7 Pro and offered a few tweaks. While the overall design is strikingly similar, the company introduces a new color variant and the McLaren Edition.

OnePlus 7T Pro has almost the same specs as its has a 6.67-inch AMOLED display and a pop-up front camera. It supports HDR 10+ and comes with a Quad HD plus resolution, ideal for watching and uploading media to various streaming services. Internally, the OnePlus 7T Pro runs on Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 Plus mobile platform.

This means that it is a little bit faster than its older brother. The OnePlus 7T Pro also has 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage. It has a 4085 mAh battery with Warp Charge 30T, which is OnePlus' fast-charging technology.

In terms of camera configuration, it has the same specs as its older brother with the main camera of 48 megapixels, 8 megapixels with three times a telephoto camera sensor, and a 16 megapixels ultra-wide-angle camera. It uses Android 10 with Oxygen OS 10 that introduces a wide variety of the newest features to the smartphone. The OnePlus 7T Pro has a McLaren Edition, which has unique motifs and colors that differentiates it and brings it closer to the popular racing company. This variant comes with 12 GB of RAM and with a polished McLaren design with some splashes of orange color. The OnePlus 7T Pro variant will be retailed at $600.

The OnePlus 7T Pro McLaren edition, on the other hand, will be available at $700. The OnePlus 7T Pro will be available starting October 12 with early access sale starting at 12 pm today, October 11, at exclusive OnePlus stores in eight cities in India and on October 17 in other regions. The OnePlus 7T Pro McLaren edition will be available on November 5 in India and on November 12 in other parts of the world.
